- That isn't the problem that the demo writer faces, though. His
- problem is that he doesn't have the AGA specs. I don't think he
- could care less that the user may have to reboot after running his
- demo.

- I must add that I don't have lots of money, would only upgrade to
- a high end system, but I'd still want to see arcade games, demos,
- MODs, etc.

- The funniest thing about this entire thread is that the OS-
- friendly _applications_ don't actually exist, while lots of demos
- do exist. There is no Excel or Word or Finale for the Amiga, so
- its not like this kind of application base somehow needs to be
- "protected".

- My suggestion to CBM is that they upgrade the system however they
- please, and if software breaks, it breaks. Certainly demos don't
- seem to be kept around for more than a short period. It seems to
- be "see the demo, marvel at the graphics, rip the MOD, move on to
- the next one".
