  28.     I must add that I don't have lots of money, would only upgrade to
  29.     a high end system, but I'd still want to see arcade games, demos,
  30.     MODs, etc.

  32.     The funniest thing about this entire thread is that the OS-
  33.     friendly _applications_ don't actually exist, while lots of demos
  34.     do exist. There is no Excel or Word or Finale for the Amiga, so
  35.     its not like this kind of application base somehow needs to be
  36.     "protected".

  38.     My suggestion to CBM is that they upgrade the system however they
  39.     please, and if software breaks, it breaks. Certainly demos don't
  40.     seem to be kept around for more than a short period. It seems to
  41.     be "see the demo, marvel at the graphics, rip the MOD, move on to
  42.     the next one".
