- people are not allowed to 'do what they want' with BitMap structures. Only
- _standard_ BitMaps are known to be exactly like current BitMaps (i.e.
- accessible by blitter, up to 8 planes, etc..). RTG also allows for
- non-standard bitmaps with certain attributes (like 'can be displayed'
- and 'is planar').
