  12. I have been using Hisoft Basic Professional under 2.04 for quite some time
  13. (a couple of years) without the problems you have experienced.  It also 
  14. works fine under 1.3 and 2.1, but I haven't tried under 3.0.  Did you buy
  15. yours from MichTron?  Check the version number of the compiler (its displayed
  16. whenever you compile a program) and be sure that its 1.05 or higher.  1.05
  17. was the last official release (I have seen betas that are higher and the
  18. fireworks from some are spectacular! :-) )
