  11. A while back, I remember someone saying that neither the RKMs nor
  12. the AmigaDOS Manual tell how to write handlers.  This didn't concern
  13. me at the time, but I may be wanting to write a handler soon.  Where
  14. do programmers get information about handlers?  I've glanced at the
  15. source of MSH, and it's obvious that the programmer knew a lot of
  16. details not covered in the books (I've looked in the books myself).
