  23. Just about any other multisync monitor is better than a 1960. Try a Nec3D, 
  24. Nec4FG, a Sony 130x series. About the only thing nice about the 1960 is its 
  25. ability to display overscan in the 31Khz mode. Most other monitors display a 
  26. black border.
