- Humans can make more and bigger mistakes than computers, after all, they
- are only following our intructions... look at the Mt Erebus disaster, the
- reprogrammed the flight navigation computer, and didn't tell the crew.
- Because they were whited out the crew didn't know the computer was flying
- them straight into a mountain, but it was only doing what it was told!!!
