- It's a LOOOONG time since I played this, but I think that spellcasting is
- the key... I think there was some spell that feed the people.. Naah,
- I'm really not sure. But I didn't have any problems with the food.

- Or how about EXPERIMENTING. I didn't buy this game. I completed it
- without any help - except some help from a friend of mine, who also
- played it almost at the same time.

- Not required - I pay only for games that are worth the cash. Black Crypt
- was rather close to this point, but unforntunately I completed it BEFORE
- it was available in any shops. Shame about that.... Other example of the
- same is Amberstar... F1 GP was worth the cash. Civilization would have
- been - but all those bugs caused it to be dropped from the list. Pinball
- Fantasies also, but it wasn't HD installable - Pirated copy is, except
- that it's not 100%. As soon as I can see a 100% working HD installable
- Pinball Fantasies that works on 512kb Chip/2.5Mb Fast machine - original
- o pirate - I will purchase it, as I play it.
-
- BAD piracy is to SELL COPIED GAMES FOR PROFIT. If I use pirated copy to
- avoid throwing cash down the drain, that's OK by my definition. If I
- get a pirated copy BEFORE it's available in ANY shops anywhere, I think
- it's softco's fault that they have leaked a copy out before release.
- If I keep a pirated copy over 10 days - in other words I find it worth
- of playing, AND it's available somewhere, I pay for the game. If game
- isn't available, I consider that my 'trial period' is extended up to
- the release of the game. If I complete the game or find it to be too
- repetitive before that, bad luck, I won't spend dosh on crap.
-
- Consoles ofcourse are another story - Their piracy isn't widespread, and
- I don't think i'm hurting anyone by having a copier system for my console.
- There are MILLIONS of legimate buyers vs. few thousand copiers. On the
- amiga, piracy IS a problem, but I think it has been also a good thing. Game
- quality has risen, and HD installability is starting to be standard.
-
- - Jarnis. (owner of !!! 8 !!! original titles. Majority of Amiga titles
- are shit, and that's it.)
-
- (And to make it clear - NO PERSONAL FLAME INTENDED. Keep on buying games,
- that's good for the Amiga market. These are just my personal opinions)
