  20. You misunderstood my question.  I was asking about a specific software
  21. package for the Mac called "Drive7" from Casa Blanca Works.  The Mac
  22. boots device drivers directly from a reserved area on the disk drive,
  23. and this software package installs drivers on SCSI disks.  For some
  24. reason, it hangs my machine when it is doing its SCSI bus scan looking
  25. for likely devices.  Casa Blanca Works is unable to help me, since it's
  26. not Mac hardware, and ReadySoft doesn't know either.

  28. On the chance that there is something wrong in my setup, and not something
  29. fundamental, I was wondering if anyone else has tried it.

  31. I was not talking about SCSI bus device address 7, nor even "Drive 7
  32. for the controler".  By the way, I do indeed have all seven available
  33. SCSI addresses occupied.

  35. So, to restate my question, does anyone know anything about the Mac software
  36. product called "Drive7" and whether it does, could possibly, or could never
  37. at all work with Amax?
