  11. I'm running an SCO Xenix site which sends news and mail to a couple
  12. of Amiga UUCP sites over v.32bis modems. If I monitor the line when the 
  13. Amiga site calls in, it shows a "Carrier 14400" and "Protocol ALT" when 
  14. they make their connection, however, for some reason the transfer rate 
  15. is only around 650cps, not the > 1000cps I would normally expect -and get- 
  16. with another (non-Amiga) site over the same modem.

  18. Does anyone else out there have a similar setup and could render some advice?
