- Why is this a bug? The graphics cursor is really supposed to be turned on only
- by host control. When that happens VLT goes into "bypass" mode, just like a
- real Tektronix terminal, and all data from the host will be handled quite
- differently until the bypass mode is cancelled one way or another. This includes
- VT100 sequences. If you turn the cursor on from the menu, you enter the same
- state, and when you get data from the host, yes it will indeed ignore it.
- That one might call a bug or a feature, but I'd certainly not call it serious 8^)

- Turning the Tektronix code into an XEM would be a large undertaking, one I'm
- not willing to consider, especially since it works fine in the terminal program
