  22. First, please break your message every 75 chars or so, reformatting is a pain.

  24. You have a number of options.
  25. Get Kermit, and simply run it.
  26. Get VLT and the xprkermit.library, and invoke kermit from VLT.
  27. Get the rz/sz source code for Unix, and compile it on the Sun, after which you
  28. can use zmodem.

  31. Kermit, VLT, and the xpr libraries are in amiga/comm.
  32. rzsz is available in the unix/xyzmodem area.
