- Hello out there! I just discovered this group, and it may be just what I'm
- looking for. I have been playing with FTP for a week or so now, and pretty
- much understand how it works. I have downloaded several binary files to my
- Unix account but I CANNOT transfer them to my Amiga at home!! I have the
- option of using ATalkIII or Handshake, and neither seems to work. I have
- tried Kermit, but could not get it to work. If someone could give me a
- step-by step walk through of what settings I have to change (aside from
- file type to binary) to get kermit (or any other program, for that matter)
- to work, I'd greatly appreciate it. All suggestions are welcome and needed.
- Thanks in advance!!!
