  21. Heh.  I loved Hayes' advert in "Time" for "Tick Tick Tick Boom..."  Trying
  22. to scare business-suit types into thinking that someting "evil" was going to
  23. happen.

  25. Hayes even offered a program (I don't know if it was a program or just a
  26. script, but anyway)....  And if your modem "reacted" to the escape sequence
  27. incorrectly it "warned" them.

  29. Multitech (which doesn't have guard times on its modems)... sued 'em.  hah.
