- Sorry I don`t understand this phare but I guess, your host`s ftpmailer doesn`t
- work right, or something...
-
- Don`t you know the ftp-tp-mail-service from DEC ? Send a mail with the
- following contents to ftpmail@decwrl.dec.com and you will get the described
- file in 64K-pieces. one or two days later, of course... and maybe, the ftpsite
- doesn`t allow an infinite value of anonymous users online, then the ftpmail
- fails, and you have to try again... but with this methid you can get ANY file
- available by ftp per mail !!!
-
- Here`s the script.
-
- connect [ftp-site]
- binary
- uuencode
- chdir [directory]
- get [filename]
- quit
-
- you can add more than one "get"-commands, but only one "chdir"-command.
-
- Send a message containing "help" to the ftpmail-service, and you will get the
- full helptext...
-
-
-
- I hope that`s nothing you have been knowing already, but I think this method
- has to work for any person...
