- My dad just installed one of these in his 2000. It mostly works OK, but
- has a few problems. He can't print faxes, for example, even though his
- preferences settings are right. He can import the fax as an IFF ILBM
- into dpaint or Finaly Copy and print it just fine using the very same
- prefs options. GVP tech support didn't have any suggestions. Also the
- print fax option writes over memory in a random manner - sometimes it
- trashes screen memory, sometimes other programs. Solution: don't do
- that :-). Instead, export the fax as ILBM and print it from elsewhere.
-
- But other than that, he has used it successfully. The voicemail system
- seems robust enough. He's run into a few problems with the fax features
- - he can fax to most machines OK, but not others, even when the others
- are used to receive faxes successfully 24 hours/day. Also, the default
- model of "use the voicemail menu to send faxes" seems to cause
- problems for a number of machines. Some machines can just dial up and
- send the fax OK, but won't work if the fax option under the voicemail
- menus is used.

- I think so.

- You can have it execute an arexx command when the caller enters a given
- mailbox. This arexx command should be able to do whatever you want.

- Haven't tried it, but it seems likely. You might need two phone lines
- for that though.
