- I just got a copy of term-2.2b and love it. Unfortunately, it's useless to
- me at the moment. When I dial in to school using JR-Comm (as I am doing
- now), I use 7-E-1 and it works fine. When I try using term, though, it
- connects OK but gives me every other character. The display becomes normal
- when I set the parameters to No parity (7-N-1), but then the ATZ
- initialization string gets screwed up, as well as the dial string,
- preventing me from dialing.
-
- What gives?
-
- (Also, is there any way to set term to quit quietly without popping up a
- requester each time?)
