  13.         I'm on the phone with INOVAtronics in Texas as I type this. 
  14. Directory Opus v4.0 was delayed until Dec 24 and they have been shipping
  15. every day since then.  You can most likely expect delivery any time from
  16. Dec 31 on.  Apparently the cause of the delay was problems with the manual.
