- I just installed AmigaDos 2.1 (I was running 2.0). I was wondering, does
- PageStream2.2H (or whatever the newest version is) use the AmigaDos file
- requestors? I hate the way they look! Is there any way to tell PageStream
- to format the infomation in the requestor differently? Is there a way to
- use another file requestor? When I select "open a file", I get a requestor
- filled with blue directory entries (drawers); for example:
-
- +--------------------------------+
- | Labels drawer 21-Dec-92 23:45:52 ...
- | Envelopes drawer 21-Dec-92 23:45:52 ...
- | Flyers drawer 21-Dec-92 23:45:52 ...
- | Junk drawer 21-Dec-92 23:45:52 ...
- | (etc) |
- +--------------------------------+
- ^
- | where requestor cuts off info...
-
-
- Since the requestor window is smaller than the data displayed, it looks
- very confusing when it cuts off the date information. If I remember, it
- used to just display the directories and files (and not all the other junk,
- ie, "drawer", dates, etc.).
-
- Any ideas on how to change this, or do I just have to learn to live with it?
- Are there any PD or Shareware libraries that have better looking file
- requestors that PageStream will use? (this is also the case with Pageliner
- and BME). Thanks in advance.
