  46. Exactly: "Related", not "Included"  :-)  We did think they were going to
  47. ship at least the AmigaDOS book with A1200s, but it didn't happen.  We
  48. make sure to write manuals on the assumption that such things will occur.  
  49. Note that the Commodore sales companies in each country can unilaterally 
  50. decide to include or exclude almost anything from the final package, so you 
  51. can count on the packing list varying in different parts of the world.

  53. We in documentation are hopeful that C= can provide a way around the problem
  54. of certain items not coming in the box, such a coupon or at least an order
  55. form that would allow you to get items that may not be included.  This has
  56. not happened yet, however.  I do not know if you could get the AmigaDOS and
  57. ARexx manuals through your dealer right now.

  62. Right, you'd only get that with an A1200HD, or if you have your dealer
  63. upgrade you with the C= HD upgrade kit.  (Not sure if those are available
  64. yet.)

  74. It might be worthwhile for you and/or your dealer to express these ideas
  75. to C= directly.  It might help convince TPTB to supply larger drives.
