- The Amiga version of Gnu Emacs does support pull down menus. They are not
- set up for you when you start, so you have to do it yourself. It also
- doesn't have an icon for WorkBench startup, but that's easily fixed with
- IconX. And, of course, a newer version has been released since I downloaded
- it and got it running on my friend's 2000. I had no problems with speed at
- all on his 68000, but I usually run emacs via modem at 1200 baud... It takes
- maybe 30 seconds to load from the harddrive and then runs speedy enough for
- me.
