  12. If your Opus 4 upgrade was shipped to you by UPS, it could be
  13. delayed due to the massive amounts of Xmas pkgs UPS is dealing
  14. with right now. I've seen lots of UPS trucks in the local 
  15. neighborhood and most of them are using a driver AND a helper-
  16. 2nd driver just to handle the extra load. So regular ground
  17. UPS shipments could see a day or three in delays. Give it 
  18. a few more days.
