  30.    This sounds like a QBNSD (Quick but no so dirty :) project - if no one has
  31.    started it I'll undertake it.

  35. How about making it accept normal text files too, so that with one system
  36. I could use both .guide and text files.

  38. Something like this:     GUIDEMANUALS assign to one directory and
  39.             TEXTMANUALS assign to other directory.
  40.  
  41.             Then with a hotkey your program scan's through
  42.             those assigned dirs and makes a large collection
  43.             of buttons for every manual selection or makes
  44.             a listview. If amigaguide manual is selected then
  45.             AmigaGuide (or MultiView) is launched and if 
  46.             text files is selected then users preffered text
  47.             reader is launched.
