  23. Well, the miscellaneous ramblings of a lone Commodore employee on the
  24. phone hardly constitute policy (and if that sounds harsh, its meant
  25. to be; some employees have no concept they're representing their
  26. employer when they're on the phone).  As far as I'm concerned, the
  27. policy about opening the 4000 is clearly stated in the owners manual.
