- Well, the miscellaneous ramblings of a lone Commodore employee on the
- phone hardly constitute policy (and if that sounds harsh, its meant
- to be; some employees have no concept they're representing their
- employer when they're on the phone). As far as I'm concerned, the
- policy about opening the 4000 is clearly stated in the owners manual.
