  29. I any less qualified than you to say what is and what is not an operating
  30. system?  Is a driver any less qualified than a mechanic to say what is
  31. and what is not a car?  OS's don't exist for OS developers; they exist
  32. for application programmers and users; *they* are the ones who define what
  33. goes into an OS, not you.
