- What do you mean by "really crucial"? If you flake out your OS/2
- CONFIG.SYS file, in my experience you can no longer boot the
- system. Then you have to make up a boot disk...

- People in OS/2 echoes in Fidonet (admittedly very few people) have
- reported wiping out their HDs in one way or another, having to
- re-install to recover.
