  11. After the release of the two new machines I was wondering if in fact Commodore
  12. were working on a new Paula, as it is this (from what i read) that forces
  13. the high density drives to work on half-speed.  What is the story on this?  
  14. Can paula be easily replaced in an existing machine or is it surface-mounted?
  15. I want to buy a new machine (hopefully a mid-range one to be released) but it 
  16. would be a hassle using the drive at such a slow speed.
