- Funny, I can move both my windows and my screens both horizontally
- and vertically. It is a windowing system, with multiple screens. The Mac has
- one screen, that takes a hell of a long time to redraw. To swicth between
- apps for an Amiga 500 7mHz, the screen draws so fast it is just a simple
- monitor display refresh...probably occurs in 1/60th of a second. On the Mac,
- it just ain't so.
-
- As far as consistent interfaces, the Amiga is working towards that,
- but many will tell you that it is better to have a little creativity. Every
- Mac word processor looks the same to me...I hate it.
-
- And as far as apps talking to each other, hell when did the Mac
- introduce it's app ports? ARexx and Rexx have been around for years, and
- ports have always been there.

- The spectacular image is something I see every day, but cannot
- capture it to an IFF. I could do it with a video recorder or a camera,
- but not with the Amiga hardware...and that is why it is so awesome...each
- screen is independant.

- Thanks Gwen. Like I said, I had faith in #3. At least it answers the phone now.
