- VGA has an 18-bit palette (ln 256K / ln 2 = 18). However, some VGA cards now
- have at least a couple of 24-bit modes. The SpeedSTAR 24X, for example, has
- 640x480 true color, and is the fastest (non-coprocessed) VGA card there is.
- The price? Around $150.
