  11. At the OIW last week, a change notice to FIPS 146-1 was distributed.  One
  12. change is as follows:

  14. This sentence in Section 5.3.2 of FIPS 146-1 is deleted: "The
  15. attributes which must be supported by all implementations are
  16. the country name, the administration name, private domain
  17. name, organization name, organizational units, and personal
  18. name."  The following sentence is substituted: "The
  19. attributes which must be capable to be generated by all
  20. implementations are the country name, administration name,
  21. private domain name, organization name, organizational unit,
  22. personal name and a list of domain-defined attributes."
