- You ask your network administrator :-).

- Net number. If it has an IP address which has the same
- first-three-bytes as an IPTalk gateway, then the network number is the
- same as configured into the IPTalk gateway for that IPTalk network
- (aka subnet). If it is "on its own" (not the above case), then there
- has to be an AppleTalk network number assigned by somebody, and you
- have to be using atalkad/atalkatab. I'll assume you're not.

- It is what is configured into it for its IPTalk network (NOT its
- LocalTalk or EtherTalk network - these ones you can't predict what the
- node number is going to be). Its node number (as above) has to be the
- same as the LSByte of its IP address.
