- We are looking for a color output device which has the following
- characteristics:
-
- 1. able to do color mixing (beyond basic 8 colors, not just a pen
- plotter)
- 2. table top
- 3. 8.5"x11" and 11"x17" with seperate input trays, preferably dual
- 4. parallel/serial input (both, but not necessarily concurrent use)
- 5. Postscript and HPGL/2 compatible
-
- We have looked at a HP PaintJet XL300, which did a nice job but we couldn't
- do concurrent 8.5"x11" and 11"x17" unattended, as this will go on a LAN.
-
- Does anyone know if such a beast exists? If so, I would appreciate hearing
- from you. If you would e-mail me, I will summarize and post if there is
- enough interest.
