  15.     This may or may not be a FAQ, apologies if it is because the FAQ
  16. isn't available at my site.  (I know, for a month and all that, but I have a
  17. screwy site it seems...)  Anyway, when I try to print color through this
  18. printer, it refuses to print black.  It puts out blue instead.  Also, when I
  19. print, I often get red bands appearing in the picture.  This looks horrible
  20. and I'd like to know if there's any way to fix it.  If anybody has any
