  11. On the other side of the problem, my NOV CD-ROM never arrived,
  12. despite numerous calls and ordering it twice.  IBM claims it was
  13. lost in shipping.  (No thanks, I don't want one of the duplicates -
  14. mine should arrive soon -- now).
