  12. On Oct 12 I orderd OS/2 2.0 from IBM. As part of the deal I 
  13. was to send in the title page of my Microsoft windows manaul.
  14. Needless to say that I did so immidiatly after receiving my new
  15. copy of OS/2.

  17. Yesterday I got a letter from IBM informing me that I had not sent
  18. them the Windows title page; and threatning to collect $20.00 from my
  19. credit card if they did not recieve it within 15 days.
  20. So I called their toll free
  21. number and was told that EVERYONE who bought the package in Oct 
  22. has received the letter. I was also told that a representitve will
  23. call me back within a week to discuss the matter.

  25. Seems to me that IBM is about to make a bundle annoying their customers
  26. and overloading their toll free number. (It took only five minutes to get
  27. through.. )
