  31. I've carefully read the above, and I see where you're comming from, but 
  32. it won't wash because you can think of lots of counter examples. 
  33. Digital research was the sole supplier of CP/M--a "virtually essential
  34. component" of all 8080 systems being sold.  Why didn't Digital Research
  35. grow to be as big as Microsoft?
