  22. If you want to be a dealer of McDonald's burgers, you agree to represent
  23. yourself to the public as McDonald's. Selling a Whopper from a McDonald's
  24. restaurant would be extremely confusing to the public.

  27. sold, they didn't magically become "Microsoft Computers, Inc.".
