- That is a very short-term way of looking at the situation. It may, for
- example, reduce the pressure from IBM to become more cost-effective in their
- division that writes OS/2. One serious question about IBM is whether or not
- is would be able to sell OS/2 and its development tools for a reduced price
- for an extended period of time.

- MS anticipates that its financial situations is such that it can affort it.

- I am not sure that the _haters_ actually wrote anything. I have not
- yet seen any IBM employee spouting hatred toward MS on the net. Not
- every supporter of OS/2 is an MS hater. I myself use OS/2 since ver.
