- Actually, MS was responsible for OEM versions of OS/2, just like DOS (i.e.
- Compaq DOS and OS/2). IBM didn't think OS/2 was just for PS/2's, it was
- taking advantage of the hardware in the software. Any computer manufacturer
- was able to do it with an agreement with MS. So there was no "conspiracy",
- just bad business (that, to me, is one of the thinsg that has kept OS/2 off
- people's desks in the past).
