  30. Actually, MS was responsible for OEM versions of OS/2, just like DOS (i.e.
  31. Compaq DOS and OS/2). IBM didn't think OS/2 was just for PS/2's, it was
  32. taking advantage of the hardware in the software. Any computer manufacturer
  33. was able to do it with an agreement with MS. So there was no "conspiracy",
  34. just bad business (that, to me, is one of the thinsg that has kept OS/2 off
  35. people's desks in the past).
