- 100%. He said Microsoft would (of course) like as much of the market as
- possible, ideally 100% market share. Any company that tells you they
- wouldn't like 100% market share is not being square with you. 100% market
- share would result in the maximum possible profit, and companies are in
- business to make money.

- Note that no one expects to see MS get 100% market share. It is an ideal
- goal, not a possible one. And, speaking as a fan of free markets, I hope
- there will always be competition to keep MS on its toes.
