  22. Hmmm, I thought it was BOTH.  It doesn't meet the standard (1.0) -- it
  23. only meets the 0.9 'pre-standard' standard.  It also doesn't check if
  24. there is another DPMI server present (I don't know if 0.9 required
  25. that, but it's so obvious a requirement that I would think that it
  26. would have).
