- Hmmm, I thought it was BOTH. It doesn't meet the standard (1.0) -- it
- only meets the 0.9 'pre-standard' standard. It also doesn't check if
- there is another DPMI server present (I don't know if 0.9 required
- that, but it's so obvious a requirement that I would think that it
- would have).
