  25. What crap is this???  An ISA bus system in the clone world behaves much
  26. like any other ISA bus system.  Are you saying that Microsoft has
  27. developed different drivers for different motherboards??  Gee, how
  28. inovative.  NOT!  As long as the drive boots and the devices attached to
  29. the motherboard are the same (or close enough), the system should
  30. perform normally.  Now if you have some flaky bios (like HP-Vectra BIOS)
  31. you are right.  But there ain't much difference between a Gateway and a
  32. Zeos...

  34. I did exactly what Steve did with OS/2, going between a Gateway and a
  35. Zeos with no problems.  And BTW, isn't Microsoft the company that
  36. invented the pre=installed hard disk?  You know the one, it comes with
  37. DOS/Windows and a couple of MS apps...  Now if you want to argue that
  38. DOS/Windows isn't an operating system, I'm with you...  but...
