  32. Yep! There it is. Look, salt is a commodity. You can make your own (try it!).

  35. Operating systems - sufficiently sophisticated to compete - require years of
  36. training and experience to write. People who write operating systems can't be
  37. dug up out of the ground on demand. They must be developed over many years.
  38. The knowledge required to write these OSes is private, commerical information.
  39. You can't look it up in the library. It is no accident that the number of
  40. major operating system vendors is very small.
