  26. That is because people dont bother with a new operating system
  27. until they clearly see the advantage of purchasing it. So it
  28. is PEOPLE, not MS who "do" the monopoly.

  30. Of course there is an advantage to the company who does things 
  31. first. But they have to do it. MS did, others did not. Is not
  32. it fair to compensate a company who did things before everybody 
  33. else ? I think it is. Otherwise we would have stagnation
  34.
