  13. I have a 386/33 with 4 megs of memory and Window 3.1/DOS 5.

  15. Anytime I open a second DOS window, the system hangs on me to the 
  16. point that I need to reboot to gain control of the system. 
  17.  
  18. Is there something I'm missing that is causing my problem?
