- Apparently Microsoft had a publcation containing those specs, unfortunately,
- it does not seem to be available.
-
- When I requested this publication from Microsoft Australia the first response
- I got was that they would mail it to me, after a few weeks of recieving
- no news, I called Microsoft again and was told that the publication was not
- available and had not been for quite some time.
-
- Microsoft then guided me to the Microsoft Word for Windows and OS/2
- Technical Reference. ISBN 1-55615-290-6. (c) 1990. Chater 10 gives a
- fair rendition of what you need to know about RTF, and almost enough
- to build RTF files for windows help.
-
- Conclusion: Step 1. Phone Microsoft and see if they will send you a copy
- of the appropriate document (make sure it is actually available). Failing
- that Step 2. purchase the technical reference manual.
