  12.     We recently have been having problems with the HP Paintjet when trying
  13. to print color in Windows.  It may be related to Netware, because the problem
  14. has appeared since we installed Netware support into everyone's copy.  Two
  15. users so far have reported problems, with one problem disappearing afterward.

  17.     We have everyone on 3.1, and we have the latest driver that I know of.
  18. We have drivers dated 6/9/92, and I've also tried the driver that comes with
  19. Windows for Workgroups, which is October, I think.

  21.     Basically the problem is no colors will print.  Paintbrush will go
  22. through the motions of printing, but nothing appears on the page, even with a
  23. fresh ink cartridge.  Some apps like Excel will print in greyscale, but no
  24. color.  I don't know where to look for a fix.  The printer driver options are
  25. set OK, and I can't find any setting in an .ini file that has anything to do
  26. with the driver.

  28.     Any information anybody might have would be appreciated, because we
  29. have a lot of Paintjets around here that may decide to stop printing in color
  30. soon....
