  15. First of all, sorry for all the crossposting but I am really fed up with this
  16. problem, and I couldn't restrict it to any one group so here it goes...

  18. I am running Windows 3.1 with 4meg.RAM in a 386 machine (386 enhanced mode).
  19. I have set up a couple of applications without any problem, and a few days
  20. ago I tried this two shareware programs: group icon and plug-in.
  21. The problem is that "sometimes" (not always) I get this message in the
  22. middle of the session (any session in any application) saying:
  23. Application Error

  25. PLUGINPM (or PROGMAN) caused a General Protection Fault in module
  26. W31-62B.DRV at 0003:0364
  27.  
  28. and a box with the _close_ option shows up, once clicked the application
  29. quits. When PLUGINPM was the one well, just that app closed, but when 
  30. PROGMAN is the "chosen" the whole system crashes! And I have to reboot!

  32. I have a VGA INTEGRA video card with 512Kb installed, and set up my 
  33. driver in windows setup as:

  35. VGA 640x480/256 Small Font (512Kb)

  37. Does anyone out there knows what is going on??????
  38. It really is driving me crazy, every time I am in a middle of something and
  39. I click on any button it may happen to crash...
