  10. Recently someone enquired if the above Unix utilities have been ported to
  11. WIN 3.1, and where to find them.  I've found uuencode/decode but neither
  12. tar or Unix-compatible compress/uncompress.  Before I re-invent the wheel
  13. and port them myself, *are* the utilities available for Windows?
