  20. winker75.zip in the pub/pc/win3/uploads directory. Text follows from readme

  22. This is a fairly complete implementation of the KERMIT
  23. communications protocol for Microsoft Windows.  It includes
  24. most extensions to the protocol as well (Long Packets,
  25. Windowing, Server Mode, Attribute Packets, and Enhanced
  26. Error Checking).
