  19.     install extra protocol driver. Since Windows keep tracks
  20.     of who is using the COM port, if you use PC+/WIN and start
  21.     up any program using same COM port in DOS/session, it
  22.     asks which you to choose (or never, but either one will HANG!)
  23.     and then give it to your choice.
